PERFECT MOMENT® WARRANTY

The Perfect Moment® products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, Perfect Moment® will repair the product without charge or replace it with the same or an existing comparable model.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, laundering, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.

For warranty evaluation, the Buyer must return the product to Perfect Moment®. You must include a copy of your Invoice, or if you have lost this, a reference to the original online order, or email us (contact@perfectmoment.com) with your personal details your used to place the online order in advance of returning the item. PERFECT MOMENT® will then inspect the returned product. PERFECT MOMENT® requires that all products are in clean condition. Products that are dirty will be rejected and returned to Buyer charging freight.

PERFECT MOMENT® will do their best to process the defected items within 15 days from receiving the goods, although in some cases it may take up to 30 days before items can be repaired/replaced.
