We ship to almost anywhere in the world! Note that each order could be delivered to only one location. If you do not find the countries listed on our website, please contact us at email@example.com.
For standard orders please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive. We will try our best to meet these estimates but cannot guarantee that such estimates must be met. A confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent when your item has left the warehouse so that you can track it should you want an up-to-date shipment status.

In order to provide you with the best possible online shopping experience, Perfect Moment offers a hassle-free ‘no questions asked’ returned policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a refund. Please keep in mind the following conditions as well before you return an item:
- Returns must be done within 30 calendar days of receipt and the items must be purchased from PerfectMoment.com
- Items must be unwashed and unworn with any related accessories and tags
- SWIMWEAR: Swimsuits and bikini bottoms must be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns will not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled and will be sent back to the customer.
- As the parcel remains your responsibility until we receive it, please mail the return parcel with care! We suggest you place the item in the box and wrap or tape over to protect the garment

- Send us by email the completed Returns form
- Pack the item(s) into the box and protect the garment in sellable condition and please mark the order number on the returning package
- Visit here Please note that you will not be charged a shipping fee for domestic returns within the U.K.
- Alternatively, please feel free to make your own arrangement by sending the items at your local post office by using tracked postal service to the following address 13 Hayes Road Southall, Middlesex, UB2-5ND
- Send us the tracking number. Without this number, it could take up to 4 weeks to locate and confirm receipt of your returned parcel. Please retain all proof of postage until we have confirmed by email that your refund has been processed. This way if your parcel gets lost in the mail, you will be able to send us proof that you have mailed the parcel
- Generally it will take up to 5-10 business days. Once we have received your item(s) in acceptable condition, we will send you a confirmation email upon processing the refund.
- Refunds are issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase.
- Depending on your bank, processed credit card via SagePay refunds may take up to 10 business days to be reflected in your credit card account.
Currently we are not able to offer product exchanges, please feel free to return the items and place a new order.
