Our 14 Day Policy
In order to provide you with the best possible online shopping experience, Perfect Moment maintains a no questions asked return policy. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund. Please note: if you have purchased your products via one of our stockists, you will need to arrange your return with them directly.
You can return your order for up to 14 days from the date your received your order. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of Perfect Moment and may only be refunded as a credit. It is best to return your item within 7 days of delivery — this is to ensure your package arrives within the required timeframe.
The only exception to the 14 day return policy applies to orders placed between 3 and 20 December which can be returned up to 4 January of the following year.
We provide a free returns service with our courier partners. We will not refund the cost of returns shipping if returns are sent outside of this service. As the parcel remains your responsibility until we receive it, please mail the return parcel with care! We suggest you place the item in the box and wrap or tape over to protect the garment.
Condition of Returned Items
Products must be in original condition: unwashed and unworn, with all tags attached, and must be returned in the original undamaged box and/or packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer.
Swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns will not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled. These will be sent back to the customer.
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your Perfect Moment shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your Perfect Moment account or future orders being refused. All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method. The original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. Generally it will take up to 10-14 business days (from the date we receive your return) to receive a refund. Once we have received your item(s) in acceptable condition, we will send you a confirmation email upon processing the refund.
Refunds are issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase.
No refunds can be given on gifts unless refunded to the original payment method directly. If you wish to discuss a return or replacement for a gift, please contact Customer Services with the original order information: email@example.com.
Change of Address
We may be able to change the UK delivery address on your order if the order has not yet left our warehouse. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you wish to discuss an International change of address, please contact Customer Services as soon as possible after placing your order: email@example.com.
Changing Your Order
Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item. Please note, we’re unable to combine or add an item to an existing order. If you need to make any amendments to your purchase, please email Customer Services: firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.
