Holiday Shipping Deadlines

To ensure your order arrives in time for December 25th, please place your order by the following dates:

  • UK and US: Order by noon on December 20th

  • .Rest of the World: Order by noon on December 16th

Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges are as follows:

  • US Standard: $5.00

  • US 2-Day: $20.00

  • US Overnight: $40.00

  • UK Standard: £3.00

  • UK Express: £11.00

  • EU Standard: €4.00

  • EU Express: 25.00

  • Rest of World Standard: $5.00

Please note: based on your shipping address, only the relevant delivery options will be offered at checkout. Each order can only be delivered to one location. We ship to almost anywhere in the world! Delivery Times

Please see our estimates for delivery below. We try our best to meet these estimates but cannot guarantee delivery times. When your order leaves our warehouse, you will be sent a dispatch confirmation email with your Perfect Moment tracking number. During our sale, orders will dispatch within three working days from our warehouse.

  • Rest of World: Up to 4 Working Days

  • EU Express: Up to 3 Working Days

  • EU Standard: Up to 6 Working Days

  • UK Express: Next Working Day*

  • UK Standard: Up to 3 Working Days

  • US Express: Up to 3 Working Days

Exceptions

  1. UK Next Day Delivery orders must be placed before 1.30 p.m. (GMT) Monday to Friday for delivery on the next working day.

  2. For orders placed at the weekend/ on bank holidays, the earliest they will leave our warehouse is the next working day.

  3. For International orders placed after 1 p.m. UK or at the weekend/ on bank holidays, the earliest they will leave our warehouse is the next UK working day.

We insure your order through transit up until it is delivered to you or is collected. You need to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products when the products are delivered or collected and by doing so, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on. If you let one of our delivery partners know that you are happy for the order to be left somewhere safe and you agree you do not need to sign for the delivery, then liability for the products becomes yours from the point you agree you do not need a signature. If the recipient or person collecting the products is not the original purchaser, or in case of delivery of a gift, then you accept that person’s signature as evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order by Perfect Moment. You also accept the associated transfer of responsibility in the same way.

US Delivery Requirements

In order to comply with US Customs and Border laws, all orders over $800 are subject to an “ultimate import” law and require a Social Security Number (SSN) or Employer Identification Number (EIN) for delivery. DHL will typically reach out directly if your order has been held to request further information. This data will be shared between DHL and US Customs. Perfect Moment will not request or have access to this data. However, we recommend that you contact DHL directly by calling 1-800-CALL-DHL (1-800-225-5345) to ensure prompt release from customs and delivery of your order. Please note that orders held without an SSN or EIN will not be delivered to customers.
