Delivery Times
Please see our estimates for delivery below. We try our best to meet these estimates but cannot guarantee delivery times. When your order leaves our warehouse, you will be sent a dispatch confirmation email with your Perfect Moment tracking number. During our sale, orders will dispatch within three working days from our warehouse.

Exceptions
UK Next Day Delivery orders must be placed before 1.30 p.m. (GMT) Monday to Friday for delivery on the next working day.
For orders placed at the weekend/ on bank holidays, the earliest they will leave our warehouse is the next working day.
For International orders placed after 1 p.m. UK or at the weekend/ on bank holidays, the earliest they will leave our warehouse is the next UK working day.
We insure your order through transit up until it is delivered to you or is collected. You need to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products when the products are delivered or collected and by doing so, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on. If you let one of our delivery partners know that you are happy for the order to be left somewhere safe and you agree you do not need to sign for the delivery, then liability for the products becomes yours from the point you agree you do not need a signature. If the recipient or person collecting the products is not the original purchaser, or in case of delivery of a gift, then you accept that person’s signature as evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order by Perfect Moment. You also accept the associated transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Taxes and Duties
We ship to most locations on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price. If you have any questions about International shipping, please contact customerservice@perfectmoment.com.
Payments
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by all methods detailed on the website including payment by credit or debit card (including Visa, MasterCard, American Express) which will be processed by Adyen or PayPal.
By placing an order with us, you authorise Perfect Moment to process a charge or charges via your chosen payment method in the amount of the total purchase price of your order. You also expressly authorise us to use personal information provided by you to perform appropriate anti-fraud checks such as credit checks and also to, where necessary, transmit or obtain information about you to or from third parties including, but not limited to, credit reference or fraud-prevention agencies, which may keep a record of that information.
If you use a third party platform to make your payment (e.g. Paypal or Adyen) the terms and conditions of that platform will apply to your payment.
By placing an order you confirm that the debit/credit card and/or the relevant payment account you are using is yours or that you have been authorised by the owner to use it. If for any reason your payment is not authorised by the card provider (or otherwise), we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Please note, not all payment methods are available to residents in every country.
How do I know my payment and data will be secure?
Our payment processes meet the stringent international security standards set down by the Payment Card Industry (including the use of 3D Secure) to make your shopping experience safe and secure. To use 3D Secure, you must first register, free of charge with the bank or other organisation that issued your card.
If you have registered an account on the website and have decided to save your card details with us, your details will be fully encrypted, solely used to process card transactions that you have initiated and securely stored on our systems. In the absence of negligence on our part, we will not be liable for any loss you may suffer if any third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when using our Services.
Pricing
You can pick the currency in which prices are shown on the website (see below for more information). We may vary the price of our merchandise at any time. Prices displayed on the website at the time your order is accepted will be honoured, except in cases of obvious error.
While we use our best endeavours to ensure that all prices appearing on the website are accurate, we do not guarantee that they are error-free and reserve our right to amend any errors. If we discover an error in the price of any products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes, markdowns and other commercial factors. Perfect Moment is happy to offer a Sale Price Adjustment on items purchased up to 7 days prior to the commencement date of a sale. Please be aware that the exact style, colour and size of an item must be available for purchase at the time your request is made before any adjustment in the sale price can be approved. All approved price changes will be issued as a credit.
We are unable to offer price adjustment on items originally purchased in a sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted sale price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further marked-down.
Which Currencies Can I Shop In?
The currency that you shop with is determined by selecting the currency at the top of the website, once selected, prices will be displayed in the relevant currency and during checkout before completing your purchase. If your local currency is unavailable, please select the one most suitable to you.
Please note your bank or debit or credit card provider may include a surcharge for processing payments outside of its standard currency. If your credit/debit card is not denominated in United States Dollars (USD), the final price charged in your currency will be calculated by your issuing bank in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

We keep your personal data private and confidential and only give it out with your consent or if legally permitted to. For further details, please see the Perfect Moment Privacy Policy.
Offers And Promotions
You may occasionally receive discount codes from us, via email or through promotional materials. Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the relevant expiry date.
The discount code must be entered in the discount code field during the checkout process for the discount to be applied to the order. Once your order is complete we aren't able to honour your discount code.
If a discount is not applied correctly, please contact our Customer Service Team at customerservice@perfectmoment.com within 1 hour of placing the order and we may be able to cancel your order for repurchase, subject to warehouse processing.
We offer a 10% Welcome Discount code for new customers only. The discount:
is only valid on full price items, and the discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, codes or discounts,
cannot be used on previous orders.
is valid for one use only.

Use of the website is for your personal use only. You may not purchase goods from the Perfect Moment website for reselling purposes or commercial exploitation.
Placing an Order
You can order right now in our online shop. Our website is best supported by Safari and Chrome.

All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation of the order price. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
Although we try to have a stock level that will keep up with expected demand, certain items that are highly popular will run out of stock. Unfortunately we are not able to put items on back order. Please contact our Customer Service Team at customerservice@perfectmoment.com to find out a suitable alternative to the item you are seeking.
Acceptance of Your Order
Once you have entered your personal and payment details and placed your order, we shall send you an email acknowledging the receipt of your order. This email is only a confirmation of receipt of your order and does not constitute an acceptance of your order.
Your order will be accepted and the contract between you and Perfect Moment will be completed when we send you an email to confirm the goods have been dispatched to you. Only the goods listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch are included in the contract formed. All sales contracts are concluded in the United Kingdom and are written in English.
Perfect Moment reserves the right not to accept an order for any reason at its sole discretion. Such reasons include, but are not limited to, one of the following:
The product you ordered is out of stock, or is withdrawn due to its failure to meet our quality standards or due to the shipping restrictions applicable to one or all of the ordered items.
We identify a pricing or product description error.
We are unable to obtain authorisation for payment.
You do not meet the eligibility criteria to purchase as set out above.
Our Customer Service team will contact you as soon as possible if there are any problems with your order.
US Customs Requirements
Orders delivered to a US address over $800.00 may be held in US customs as they require further information to clear the order for delivery. Our shipping courier DHL, has advised that they will reach out directly to you, either by phone or email to obtain this missing information. You will typically be asked for a social security number, tax ID number or IRS number. This data will be shared between DHL and US Customs. Perfect Moment will not ask for, or have access to the data. This is to comply with the US Customs and Border Protection Importer rules.
However, we recommend you to get in touch with DHL directly, by calling 1-800-CALL DHL (1-800-225-5345) to ensure the order is released from customs and delivered as soon as possible to you.
