Returns & Refunds
In order to provide you with the best possible online shopping experience, Perfect Moment maintains a no questions asked return policy.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund or exchange. You can return your order for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
Products must be in original condition: unwashed and unworn, with all tags attached, and must be returned in the original undamaged box and/or packaging.
Swimsuits and bikini bottoms must be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns will not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled and will be sent back to the customer.
If you wish to return an item, please follow the returns procedure and send your products back in the original packaging.

Please note that we offer free returns providing the returns are made via the process outlined below. We will not refund returns fees if the return is made outside of the returns process.
- Returns must be done within 30 calendar days of receipt and the items must be purchased from PerfectMoment.com

- As the parcel remains your responsibility until we receive it, please mail the return parcel with care! We suggest you place the item in the box and wrap or tape over to protect the garment

Rest of the World Returns
- Please click on the link below and follow the steps to complete the International Returns process.
- Generally it will take up to 5-10 business days. Once we have received your item(s) in acceptable condition, we will send you a confirmation email upon processing the refund.
- Refunds are issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase.
- Depending on your bank, processed credit card via SagePay refunds may take up to 10 business days to be reflected in your credit card account.
