You can return your order up to 14 calendar days from receipt. We provide a free returns service with our courier partners. We will not refund the cost of returns shipping if returns are sent outside of this process.
Products must be in original condition: unwashed and unworn, with all tags attached, and must be returned in the original, undamaged box and/or packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer
Swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns will not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled. These will be sent back to the customer.
All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method. The original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or canceled under the ICACRs. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
It's best to return your item within 7 days of delivery — this is to ensure your package arrives within the required time frame. Please note: if you have purchased your products via one of our stockists, you will need to arrange your return with them directly.
If you wish to return an item, please follow the returns procedure and send your products back to us in the original packaging.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until we receive it, please mail the return parcel with care! We suggest you place the item in the box and wrap or tape over to protect the garment

Generally it will take up to 10-14 business days. Once we have received your item(s) in acceptable condition, we will send you a confirmation email upon processing the refund.
Refunds are issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase.
Depending on your bank, processed credit card via SagePay refunds may take up to 10 business days to be reflected in your credit card account.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We may be able to change the delivery address within the UK on your order if the order has not yet left our warehouse.

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item. Please note, we’re unable to combine or add an item to an existing order.

If you are a customer in the European Union you have the right to cancel or withdraw your order with us within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order.
