SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIME

Based on your shipping address, only the relevant delivery options will be offered at checkout.

Each order can only be delivered to one location. Our delivery charges and estimated shipping times are as follows:

United States

  • Standard Delivery (3 to 4 business days): $5

  • Expedited Delivery (up to 2 business days)*: $20

  • Overnight Delivery (next day delivery)*: $40

*Any US order with Expedited and Overnight delivery service placed by 12pm Eastern Standard Time will be eligible to ship out the same day. Orders ship Monday through Friday. Our carriers do not typically ship or deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. Please note that due to a high order volumes during Black Friday and Seasonal Sale, your order may be subject to slight delays and any order placed over the weekend will be shipped on the coming Tuesday.

Any orders placed over the weekend or on Bank Holidays will be shipped on the next working day. During Black Friday and Seasonal Sale, please note that your order may be subject to slight delays.

United Kingdom

  • Standard Delivery (up to 7 business days): £3.95

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your order tracking number. Please note that during Black Friday and Seasonal Sale, your order may be subject to slight delays.

Orders in Northern Italy: any order with a delivery address in Milan, Sondrio, Cortina and Verona may be subject to slight delays due to Winter Olympics.

Any orders placed over the weekend or on Bank Holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

For faster shipping times to our customers, we dispatch our parcels from our 2 warehouses:

- Dallas, TX for any US orders

- Venlo, the Netherlands for any other international order from UK, Europe or Rest of the World

INSURANCE

We insure your order through transit up until it is delivered to you or is collected. You need to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products when the products are delivered or collected and by doing so, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on.

If you let one of our delivery partners know that you are happy for the order to be left somewhere safe and you agree you do not need to sign for the delivery, then liability for the products becomes yours from the point you agree you do not need a signature.

If the recipient or person collecting the products is not the original purchaser, or in case of delivery of a gift, then you accept that person’s signature as evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order by Perfect Moment. You also accept the associated transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Taxes and Duties

We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis with all taxes and/or duties being included in the price of the product. Please note that some additional costs may apply on some orders with high value shipped to Brazil or Mexico. Orders to China

Please note that taxes and duties are not included in the product price but are instead calculated and prepaid at checkout.

Orders to Brazil
