Warranty Policy & Claims Process
Limited Warranty
Perfect Moment is committed to offering the finest products, using only the best materials and applying strict quality control standards. Perfect Moment products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 24 months from the original date of purchase. Our warranty is an expression of our confidence in the material and workmanship of our company’s products. Because we cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to products that were purchased from a Perfect Moment authorized seller, unless otherwise prohibited by law. This warranty does not apply to the effects of normal wear and tear, nor does it apply to products that have been damaged by misuse, neglect, accident modification or unauthorized repair.
How to raise a warranty claim
If you believe your product is defective, please email us at the address below, along with the following pictures and information:
Internal tags showing style number and size. (This can be also covered from the receipt or other proof of purchase).
Product in its entirety.
Defective area.
Details of product use and how it has been cared for.
Proof of purchase within 24 months of the original date of purchase from an authorized seller, or directly from Perfect Moment
Please send this information to our Customer Service Team for your warranty claim to be reviewed.
If, upon inspection, we determine that the product is defective, we reserve the right to repair or replace the product or issue you a credit, depending on the nature of the defect. There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. Any implied warranties that may be applicable to the products, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Under no circumstances shall Perfect Moment be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this warranty, breach of contract, or strict liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
